Who We Are
This Privacy Notice is issued by the Equipt group of companies: Equipt LLC-FZ (UAE), Equipt Supplier W.L.L. (Qatar), and Equipt (KSA). Each entity is the data controller for personal data collected in its jurisdiction.
What We Collect
Name, company, email, phone number, message content when you submit an enquiry through our website, WhatsApp, or email. Technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) via analytics cookies once you consent.
Why We Collect It
To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver installations, and provide ongoing support. Lawful basis: pre-contractual steps and your consent.
Who We Share With (Sub-Processors)
Equipt uses the following sub-processors. Personal data is never sold. All international transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) unless another lawful basis is stated.

International Transfers
Data may be processed in the EU (Odoo SA, Odoo IAP), the USA (Cloudflare, Microsoft Clarity, Sentry, UptimeRobot, Google Workspace), and within the GCC (Telegram FZ-LLC). Where data leaves the GCC, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and — for consent-gated analytics and error tracking — your explicit consent via the cookie banner. Odoo IAP enrichment is geo-scoped to UAE and Saudi Arabia only; Qatar and EU-origin traffic is excluded.
Retention
Lead enquiry data: 24 months from last contact. Marketing consent: until withdrawn. Invoicing/tax records: per local law (typically 5–10 years).
Your Rights
Access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent. Complaints to UAE Data Office, Qatar NCCD, or KSA SDAIA depending on jurisdiction.
